Expansion adds 43,050 square feet, including a flagship building on Dacy Lane.
Dacy Business Park began construction on its third phase Oct. 1, 2026, with completion scheduled for January 2027. The expansion will add 43,050 square feet at 3300 Dacy Lane. The first two phases are fully sold or leased.
Once Phase 4 is complete, Dacy Business Park will total 137,550 square feet. The completed park is projected to be home to 70 or more businesses.
Building 1 will be the park’s flagship building, with Dacy Lane frontage for businesses that want more visibility. Dacy Lane carries 10,815 vehicles a day, according to the 2025 TPP Statewide Traffic Count cited in the park’s marketing materials. The building sits directly across from Chapa Middle School, putting businesses in view of families and other drivers who use the road every day.
The park is already home to electricians, HVAC and plumbing contractors, distributors, CNC machining shops, specialty automotive businesses, embroidery shops and clothing companies. That mix is turning Dacy into a center for skilled trades and small-scale manufacturing in the Kyle area.
Space at Dacy is offered for sale, for lease and through lease-to-own arrangements. The suites combine office and warehouse space, with room to store equipment, make products and run daily operations. The ownership options give people a chance to own the place where they work as they build their business.
The expansion will add commercial property to the local tax base and create space for more employers in the Kyle area, including people opening a business for the first time.
