We’re thrilled to share the latest progress as the park gets closer to completion. Here's what’s happening:

Project Updates

  1. Fire Line Complete

    • The fire line has been installed and successfully passed inspection after being pressure-tested to 200 psi for two hours. Thanks to 4E Construction for ensuring every test meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  2. Domestic Line in Progress

    • Preparations for the domestic water line are underway, with the application filed with GoForth Special Utility District. Installation is scheduled for next week.
  3. Final Grade Preparation

    • Ranger Excavation is preparing the site for the final grade in all drive areas. Over the next two weeks, they’ll be hard at work prepping for rebar and concrete installation.
  4. Building Progress

    • Buildings #6 and #2 are complete, while the roof for Building #10 is 50% complete. All buildings are on track to be finished in the next two weeks.
  5. Electrical Installations

    • Electricians are now installing Main Disconnects, Meter Bases, and Meter Trays on the exterior of the buildings, ensuring all systems are ready for occupancy.

A Smooth Journey Forward

The weather has been a major advantage, allowing crews to work uninterrupted. Cooler temperatures have boosted morale, and we’re incredibly grateful to our subcontractors and general contractor for maintaining a project that’s on time, on budget, and free from safety incidents.
