Dacy Business Park update 9/17/24

We are pleased to report that construction is moving along smoothly:

Building Erection Progress: Panels on the backs of all buildings, as well as some sides, have been completed. Installation of roof panels is scheduled to begin next week, thanks to the favorable weather conditions, which have helped keep everything on track.

Water Main & Fire Line Installation: Work continues to advance toward the back of the property. Now that 4E has moved away from the building areas, they are making quicker progress on the water main and fire line.

Trickle Channel Installation: The trickle channel is currently being poured in the detention pond. This channel is designed to manage low-flow water during dry weather, ensuring water can be directed efficiently to the outlet without eroding the detention pond's surface.
