Welcome to Dacy Business Park here is a short summary of key items completed this past week.

- Wastewater Line Installation: Our construction team is efficiently installing wastewater lines for the first three buildings. These lines are essential for optimal waste management and environmental compliance. The lines installed this week will serve this first 4 buildings.

- Outfall Pad Construction: Today, we are pouring the outfall pad for our detention pond. This crucial component will manage stormwater runoff effectively. There is a stair stepped pattern at the outfall that will slow down water runoff depending on the depth of water in the pond.

- Manhole Structures Installed: Manhole structures have been installed, allowing easy access to the wastewater lines. When it comes to waste, you want it all running downhill ;)

- Concrete Pad Preparation: The building pads are currently being prepped for concrete forms. This step is vital to ensure strong and durable foundations for our future commercial and industrial condos. MLA Geotech tested and approved all field samples so the pads are ready to receive concrete.

- GPS Elevations Taken: GPS elevations were taken to ensure the proper slope of all waste lines. 4E noticed that one of the waste lines wasn't dug deep enough to allow for proper drainage. Problems caught now are much easier to correct than being caught later in the project.
